A backlog of about 40 booking emails cleared in one day, every GetYourGuide booking entered, and a duplicate-booking check that runs every five minutes.
What we built
Boat and wine-tour bookings arrived by email and through GetYourGuide, and staff typed every one into a spreadsheet by hand.
A reservation and correspondence agent on an EU server. The boat lane answers guests, books straight into the live booking workbook and sends on its own between 08:00 and 20:00. The wine lane drafts every reply for a person to approve.

Sales reps called warm small-business leads one by one to set appointments.
Five Flemish-speaking voice agents on a shared knowledge base, a call scheduler that runs on Brussels time, and a call-intelligence dashboard for the sales team.

You sign off on a working agent, or Phase 1 costs you nothing.
If your agent is not doing the job we agreed, in production, within 30 days of kickoff, you don't pay the Phase 1 fee. The 30 days start once we have the access we asked for at kickoff.

What if the agent isn't live in 30 days?
Then you don't pay the Phase 1 fee. We agree the job and what live means in writing at kickoff, so nobody argues later about whether it worked.
What counts as live?
The agent handles real work in your business, every working day, under the rules we agreed. A demo or a test run does not count.
What do you need from us?
Access to the tools the job runs in, one person who knows the work, and about three hours of your time over the month.
Who owns the agent?
You do. The code, the prompts and the accounts are in your company's name, and we hand everything over at go-live.
Is our data safe?
We design for GDPR and the EU AI Act from the first line. You get a written record of what the agent does, which data it touches and who checks its work.
What happens after the 30 days?
The first 30 days of agent care are included. After that you can keep us on a monthly care plan, build out the rest of the workflow, or run it yourself.
What if Henry is away?
Nicholas Vantieghem, our Head of Operations, is trained to make every fix and update Henry makes. Your agent's care does not stop when one person is out.
Who is the contract with?
